Pittsburgh is 2 and 0 and it is laying 10.5 points tonight. That number is built on a 59 to 14 afternoon against Miami of Ohio in week one. The more recent evidence is a 12 to 7 win over Central Florida in which the Panthers held the ball for 36 minutes, ran 18 third downs, converted 5 of them, and still finished with 12 points on the board.
