🏒 2026 NHL STADIUM SERIES 🏒

Boston Bruins @ Tampa Bay Lightning | Raymond James Stadium | 6:30 PM ET

The second outdoor game of the season following the Winter Classic at Miami

Sunday's NHL slate is headlined by the 2026 Stadium Series at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The Bruins and Lightning face off outdoors for the first time, with Tampa hosting their second Stadium Series game (the first was 2022 against Nashville). This is appointment viewing for hockey fans with significant betting implications. Two other games round out the slate.

Los Angeles Kings @ Carolina Hurricanes

MoneylineCAR -165 / LAK +138

The Hurricanes continue their hot streak (5-0-1 in their last six) against a Kings team playing the back end of a road trip. Carolina's relentless forecheck and team speed make them extremely difficult to play against at home, where they're 18-6-3 this season.

Los Angeles played in Philadelphia on Saturday and now faces a quick turnaround against one of the league's most demanding opponents. The Kings are 13-10-4 on the road but struggle against high-pressing teams that force turnovers.

Carolina is 5-0-1 in their last 6 games and 9-2 at home in their last 11. The under is 4-2 in Kings road games this week.

Back-to-back situations matter in the NHL. Carolina should dominate this game at home. Hurricanes cover the puck line.

⭐ Boston Bruins @ Tampa Bay Lightning - STADIUM SERIES

6:30 PM ET | Raymond James Stadium | ESPN

TotalO/U 6.5

The main event of Sunday's NHL slate takes place at Raymond James Stadium, home of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This marks the first Stadium Series game for the Bruins and the second for the Lightning (2022 vs. Nashville).

Tampa Bay (34-14-4) enters with the league's best goal differential (+51, second only to their 180 total goals scored, 6th best in the NHL). Their 129 goals allowed are the fewest in the league. The Lightning are a staggering 16-2 SU in their last 18 games and 7-0 SU in their last 7 at home. Jon Cooper has his team playing elite hockey.

Boston (32-20-3) has been solid but inconsistent. The Bruins are 10-2 SU in their last 12 games, showing they can compete with anyone when focused. However, they're 2-5 SU in their last 7 games against Tampa Bay, a troubling trend in this rivalry.

The under is 7-1 in Tampa Bay's last 8 games. The under is 4-1 in the last 5 Bruins-Lightning meetings at home for Tampa.

Outdoor games are unpredictable, but some trends hold. Scoring tends to be lower due to sun glare, wind, and unfamiliar ice conditions. The under 6.5 is the smart play here. Tampa Bay is the better team and should win 4-3 or 3-2. Lightning moneyline with confidence.

Vegas Golden Knights @ Anaheim Ducks

9:30 PM ET | Honda Center

Puck LineVGK -1.5 (+130)
TotalO/U 5.5
MoneylineVGK -185 / ANA +155

The Golden Knights are one of the league's elite teams, especially with the addition of Mitch Marner from the July 2025 trade with Toronto. Vegas's depth and goaltending make them a nightmare matchup for rebuilding teams like Anaheim.

The Ducks are in full tank mode, focusing on player development rather than wins. While they compete hard most nights, the talent gap against Vegas is significant. Anaheim struggles to score (2.6 GPG, 27th in the NHL) and gives up too many chances.

Vegas is 14-5-3 on the road this season. Anaheim is 9-17-4 at home and 2-8 in their last 10 home games.

This is a spot where the Golden Knights should dominate. Vegas wins comfortably and covers the puck line in a 5-2 type game.
